Shipping information
On this page you can find all information regarding orders, shipping, delivery, and returns.
ORDERS
Directly after we have received your order, we will send an order confirmation via e-mail. Your order will be processed by our warehouse and shipped to you as soon as possible. You will receive the tracking information from our delivery partner as soon as your order is shipped.
SHIPPING
We offer free shipment to the Netherlands and Belgium for orders above € 50 for orders under € 50 we charge shipping costs. For shipments to other countries, the costs will be based on weight and destination. Shipping costs will be visible at checkout.
DELIVERY
Orders placed on weekdays before 15:00 will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 15:00 or during weekends will be sent the next business day. After shipment, you will receive your order within 2-3 business days, depending on the carrier.
Note: due to COVID-19 restrictions, delivery is expected to take between 1-2 days longer depending on your location.
