Can I track my order?
Yes, you will receive the Track and Trace code from the carrier via e-mail right after we have shipped your order.
Do I get a confirmation of my order?
Yes, after we have received your order, you will get an e-mail with your order confirmation. Please check your spam box if you did not receive an e-mail from us.
Do I have to pay shipping costs?
We offer free shipment to the Netherlands and Belgium for consumer orders above € 50,-. For all other countries, there will be shipping costs, but these will differ per country and will be visible at checkout.
For business orders, the shipment will be free to the Netherlands and Belgium on all orders above € 150,-.
Does Vascobelo deliver outside the Netherlands?
Yes, we deliver to all countries in the world.
How can I use my coupon code?
You can use your coupon code at checkout. Fill in the coupon code after you have added your items to the shopping cart.
Please be aware that coupon codes are not valid on already discounted products and our introduction and gift packages.
How long will it take before I receive my order?
Orders placed on weekdays before 15:00 will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 15:00 or during weekends will be sent the next business day. After shipment, you will receive your order within 2-3 business days, depending on the carrier.
Note: due to COVID-19 restrictions, delivery is expected to take between 1-2 days longer depending on your location.
