For many years, Family De Roeck enjoyed their summer vacation in France. They loved to go to the Bordeaux area and wander through the beautiful landscape, enjoying the warmth of the sun and drinking the best wines from the area. As known, the Bordeaux is the beating heart of the French wine culture. The level of craftsmanship of the wine producers is exceptionally high. Their wines are world-famous.

Jan De Roeck looks back fondly on these summers. Sharing good food and wine with great company. They have always been good friends with wine producers from the region. These vacations have contributed to his love and knowledge of wine. It has always been a silent wish of him to create his own Vascobelo Wine Collection.

We are excited to introduce you to the Vascobelo Finest Wine, ‘La Collection de Rêve’.

Le Rêve du Baron (Sauvignon Blanc/Sémillon)

A fresh and easy-going white wine. It starts powerful on the nose, revealing delicate aroma of white fruit, pear, and citrus. Perfect with a lunch on a sunny spring day. Goes well with starters, fish, cheese and salads.

Le Rêve de la Comtesse (Merlot/Cabernet Sauvignon)

Fruity rose wine with a salmon-pink colour and a clear tone of peach. It starts crisp, becoming rounder and more full-bodied. Perfect for lunch or having drinks together. Lovely to accompany starters, white meats, fish and shellfish.

Le Rêve du Comte (Merlot/Cabernet Sauvignon)

An excellent rich red wine. Find hints of blackcurrant and red-berry fruit. A scent of black pepper and wood. This wine still has all its youthful vigour, with the powerful tannin and the potential to age well for years to come. Enjoy it with red meats or roasted vegetables.
